My Collection & My Sets: Your Graded Records, Finally in One Place
Share
Once a slab leaves our grading room, it belongs to you. What happened next was up to a spreadsheet. Two new tools in your AMG account change that: My Collection gathers every graded item you own, and My Sets turns those items into a chase — defined checklists you can track, complete and rank against other collectors. Both are live now in every AMG account, and there is nothing to set up.

Here is a tour of what is inside: six tools, one account.
My Collection: every slab, one table
My Collection lists everything we have graded for you, plus anything you have claimed by HoloID. Across the top: total items, your average grade, and a breakdown by media type — vinyl, CD, cassette, 8-track. Below that, the collection itself.
Each row carries the details that matter to a collector: cover, artist and title, format, year, the grading-language variant codes (Sealed, Open, 1st, Signature, Promo, Reissue), the grade, and the month you acquired it. Search, sort, and filter down the left rail by media type, variant, grade, year, artist or album. Switch to Grid view when you would rather look at the slabs than read about them.

Adding what you own
Most of your collection is already waiting. Open + Add items and you will see every graded submission that is not in your collection yet — tick the ones you still own and they land with grade, variant codes and HoloID intact.

Bought it elsewhere? Claim it by HoloID
Not every AMG slab in your collection came from your own submissions. Picked one up from another collector, a record show or an auction site? Open + Add items, choose By Hologram ID, and enter the HoloID printed on the label — one per line, or a whole list pasted at once.
We match each ID against the population and tell you what we found before anything moves. Available slabs come across with their grade, images, digital COA and all. If a HoloID is still held by another collector it shows as unavailable until they release it, so a slab can only ever sit in one collection at a time.

Custom tags: sort it by your own logic
Grade, format and variant are ours. Tags are yours.
Select any number of items, hit Tag…, and create a tag on the spot — Multi-Platinum Albums, Grails, First Presses, Shop Inventory, Never Selling. The tag appears on every item you applied it to and becomes a filter in the sidebar, so the shelf you keep in your head finally has a place in your account. Tags apply in bulk and come off the same way.

My Sets: chase a set, see where you rank
A set is a defined checklist. The 90s hip-hop essentials. Every Nirvana studio album. The Rolling Stone 500. The complete editions of a single release, right down to the signed inserts.
Start a set and we join it against your collection automatically. The set page shows how many slots you own, your completion percentage, the average grade of your entries, and your standing against every other collector building the same set. The checklist below marks what you own — with its grade — and what is still missing, slot by slot. Fill a missing slot by HoloID as soon as the record arrives.

Sets are private until you publish one. Publishing puts your handle on the set's public leaderboard; leaving it unpublished still shows you your own rank.
Public profiles: show the shelf, keep the rest private
Some of a collection is meant to be seen. Choose a handle, switch on Make my profile public, and you get a single link to share — audiomediagrading.com/apps/account/collector/yourhandle.
Your profile shows two things: the sets you publish, with your progress on each, and the items you choose to feature, with their grades. Nothing else. Every other slab in your collection stays private.
Publish a set from its own page. Feature a single item from its slab details. Switch the profile off at any time and the link stops working.

Why we built it
Grading answers one question about one record: what condition is it in, and can it be trusted? Collecting asks a different question — what do I have, and what am I still after? Those two questions have lived in different places for as long as the hobby has existed, usually a notebook and a spreadsheet that disagree with each other.
My Collection and My Sets put them in the same account. Your grades come from us. The way you organize them, and the sets you decide to chase, are yours.
